About Diane Vich · The ER Nurse Who Lived It
About Diane

I spent twenty years keeping everyone alive. Then my own body stopped keeping up.

I'm Diane Vich, an ER-trained nurse and educator. I help high-stress women recover from what chronic stress does to the body, because I had to do it for myself first.

If This Is You

You're the one everyone counts on. So no one notices you're running on empty.

You can handle almost any crisis. You hold it together for your patients, your team, your family, your whole life. From the outside, you're managing beautifully. Inside, your sleep is gone, your anxiety won't quiet down, your body has turned on you, and every test still comes back "fine."

It isn't in your head, and it isn't who you are. If that's you, you're in the right place.

My Story

I did everything right, and my body still fell apart.

In 2013, I was managing beautifully. Two young children, a full-time role in the pediatric emergency room, graduate nursing courses at night, and a husband who traveled. From the outside, I had it handled.

Inside, my body was quietly falling apart.

Anxiety I couldn't outrun. Chronic pain. A gut that had turned on me. Inflammation no one could explain. So I did the exact thing I tell my patients not to do: I pushed through. Every test came back normal, and I was told I was fine.

I wasn't. It took me years to understand what was really happening, that prolonged stress had retrained my body to live in survival mode, and it had never learned how to come back out.

So I learned how to bring it back, then turned that recovery into a clear, repeatable method, so the next capable woman never has to figure it out alone.

What I Believe

Your body isn't broken. It's stuck in a pattern.

I

"Every test is normal" is not the same as well.

II

Stress creates predictable patterns, and patterns can be corrected.

III

You can't out-push a nervous system stuck in survival. The body has to learn safety first.

IV

You shouldn't have to break down to do work that matters.

How I Help

Not more managing. A way to correct it at the root.

Most women have been handed prescriptions, tips, and reassurance. My work is different: we find the exact pattern your body is running, then correct it, so calm and energy stop being things you have to manufacture.

I

Identify the pattern

A short, clinical assessment shows how stress is showing up in your body, and why nothing has fixed it yet.

II

Correct it at the root

We work privately to correct the underlying stress response instead of chasing symptoms, so your body finally comes out of survival mode.

III

Stabilize your system

We build steadiness that holds under real-life pressure, so you can stay in the career you love without your body paying for it.

Teaching This Work

On stages and in rooms full of high-stress women, I say the thing no one told them: what you've been feeling isn't in your head, it's a pattern, and it can be corrected. Sharing this work is how the message reaches the women who need it most.

What Life Feels Like After

Not just functional. Alive.

You sleep through the night, and wake up actually rested.

Your body stops treating ordinary days like an emergency.

Calm stops being something you have to manufacture.

You feel like yourself again, in the career you worked for.

Why Now

Every year your body stays in survival mode, it becomes harder to remember this isn't who you are. What feels like your personality today may simply be years of living under pressure. You don't need to push harder. You need your body to finally come out of the pattern it's been stuck in.

From merely functioningto fully alive.

The Next Step

You've functioned long enough. Let's get your body back.

Find the stress pattern your body is running in under two minutes. Then you'll know the best next step toward feeling like yourself again.
