ABOUT DIANE VICH

You don’t need more information.

You need to understand what prolonged stress has been doing to your body.

If you work in a high-stress environment, you already know how to function under pressure.

What most people don’t realize is that the body keeps score long after the shift ends.

Sleep changes.
Anxiety shows up.
Digestion stops behaving.
Energy disappears.

And eventually, the body stops resetting on its own.

That’s where Diane’s work begins.

Diane’s Perspective Comes From the Inside

Diane spent over twenty years in emergency medicine as an ER nurse and nursing professor.

She worked alongside doctors, nurses, and first responders — people who carry responsibility without complaint and keep going long after others would stop.

She also lived what that level of responsibility does to the body.

Diane’s work exists in that gap.

Despite being capable, functional, and medically informed, she experienced anxiety, gut issues, exhaustion, and the familiar reassurance of:

“Everything looks fine.”

What she saw — both professionally and personally — was a pattern.

Medicine is excellent at identifying disease.
It is not designed to correct long-standing stress patterns once they become the body’s default state.

What Diane Specializes In

Diane specializes in stress-related health patterns that develop after years in high-responsibility environments.

Her work focuses on:

identifying how chronic stress has trained the body to function

recognizing which stress pattern is driving symptoms

recognizing which stress pattern is driving symptoms

This work does not replace medical care.
It addresses what happens after prolonged pressure — when the body has adapted beyond capacity and stopped resetting on its own.

Who This Work Is For

Diane works with people who:

work in medicine, emergency response, or high-responsibility leadership roles

are competent, capable, and still functioning

are dealing with anxiety, poor sleep, gut or hormone issues, or constant tension

have tried multiple approaches with limited results

want this handled properly

This work resonates strongly with medical professionals, because it respects complexity, precision, and boundaries.

Readiness Matters

This work is for people who are ready to:

stop guessing

look at what’s actually driving symptoms

engage in a direct, professional process

It is not designed for reassurance, motivation, or surface-level support.

How to Begin

The first step is recognition — understanding which stress pattern your body is operating in.

That clarity determines everything that comes next.

From there, Diane offers private consultations to determine whether her work is the right next step.

No pressure.
No obligation.
Just a professional conversation.

Diane’s work exists for people who are done guessing.

People who want answers that make sense.
People who want their body to function again — without abandoning the life they’ve built.

If that’s you, you’ll recognize it.
