    Thyroid Nodules

    Thyroid nodules can be benign or cancerous.  My nodules were discovered as an incidental finding. I actually had an MRI of the cervical spine for chronic pain of the neck and right shoulder.  The MRI reading actually identified the nodules approximately 10 years ago. Since then I have had to see an endocrinologist multiple times a year to monitor the nodules.  The nodules often grow and reach a size that requires biopsy.  I have had multiple biopsies over the years.     Magnesium

    I began taking Magnesium in 2013 after it was recommended by a Homeopathic physician.  I had been suffering from frequent muscle pain, constipation, migraines, electrolyte imbalance, and fainting.  A blood test also showed a deficiency of magnesium and other electrolytes.  He recommended Magnesium glycinate because it provides better absorption and less stomach irritation.  Based on my history with IBS and reflux, this was the best choice for me.

    Fighting Fatigue

    Migraine Hacks
