This book is a must read for anyone who has IBS and/or anxiety. The author goes into detail about her journey with IBS, anxiety, and gut issues and the steps she took to overcome them and change her reality. She makes the readers see how possible it is to create a new life for yourself. She helped me to understand that IBS and anxiety are much more than just having to go to the bathroom or feeling butterflies in your stomach before an exam or a presentation. These things are deep rooted and without proper attention, can get worse.
